A Bespoke Engagement Ring Journey

Welcome to Purpose Driven Journeys where we make creating a Bespoke Engagement Ring simple and meaningful.

STEP 1 — Quick discovery call (no obligation)

See if we’re the right fit before you commit. Have a short call to share your ideas, ask questions, and understand how we work. We’ll talk through your style, budget, and what’s possible, so you feel confident about the next step.

STEP 2 — Your personal 1:1 consultation

Turn your ideas into a clear design direction. If we’re a great fit, we’ll book your one-to-one consultation. We’ll explore diamond/gemstone options, precious metals, ring style, and practical details then shape a design plan that feels unmistakably “you”.

STEP 3 — Secure your design slot (50% deposit)

We begin the design work and keep you involved at every stage. Once you’re happy with the direction, you’ll pay a 50% deposit to secure your project and start the design phase. We’ll source stones, refine the details, and share design visuals for your approval. When the design is signed off, we move into manufacturing.

(Deposit is non-refundable as it covers design time, sourcing and project setup.)

STEP 4 — Final approval & insured delivery

Approve the finished ring, then we ship it securely.
When your ring is complete, we’ll share detailed images/videos for your approval. You’ll then settle the remaining balance and we’ll ship your ring fully insured for peace of mind. Your package includes any relevant diamond/gemstone certificates, a valuation, and an insurance voucher for the first year after purchase.
